A Pass Back ad tags are Third-party ad tags and it helps our server in reducing the chance of displaying blank ads. The third-party tags acts as an alternative way, when our server does not have any ads to display.

In general, the third-party ad tags monetize every impressions, clicks, etc. When our server does not hold any ads to display, these third-party ad tags are displayed instead of displaying the blank ads. These Pass Back ads are also meant to be Zone specific third-party ads.
